I have read and agree to abide by the Statute, Bylaws, and Code of Conduct of the Jin Shin Guild International Association;

I agree to the Jin Shin Guild’s data privacy terms; and

I have not previously been excluded from the Association, nor has any prior membership application of mine been rejected.*
